Why IM?

IM Early Childhood Education Program was developed over two years by expert academics and educators and has been implemented since 2022.

The program aims to nurture children as virtuous individuals who are curious, investigative, questioning, confident, responsible, and culturally sensitive, in line with humanity’s shared knowledge base and 21st-century competencies.

Its unique structure supports developmental and learning domains through:

  • Purpose-built learning environments,
  • Play-based educational materials,
  • Process-oriented assessment tools,
  • Inclusive teacher training,
  • Family involvement practices,
  • An integrated accreditation system, offering a comprehensive learning ecosystem.

As the first stage of the International Maarif Program, the Early Childhood Program is successfully implemented across Maarif Schools in six continents. It is recognized for its high-quality standards, culturally adaptable content, and flexible structure that supports effective implementation.

As of 2024, the program has been officially approved by the Ministries of Education in Romania, North Macedonia, Madagascar, Mali, Djibouti, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Mauritania, Togo, Niger, Gambia, Somalia, and the Republic of the Congo.

Developed with a holistic educational vision, the program continues to be disseminated globally with an inclusive and internationally aligned perspective.
